Personal and order information entered by customers on Voss Electric Company, d/b/a Voss Lighting’s consumer storefront (vosslighting.com) is stored on our Secure Sockets Layer-enabled server using Thawte SuperCert 128-bit encryption, that provides among the strongest possible level of security currently available. While customer account information is stored for customers, credit card information is not stored with the customer account information.

When you visit the storefront site cookies and IP addresses are used to record your session. When you place an order we will ask you to establish an account containing basic contact information (name, address, e-mail, phone). This will be password-protected and stored for you to access should you decide to order again. The contact information you provide will only be used as it relates to your order. We email customers order confirmations, and sometimes need to contact customers relating to backordered product or undeliverable packages.
